I set a goal to get back to 10% body fat and today I got measured up and found out I’m at 9.8%. Big thanks to Al and Mark at enterprise fitness for helping me to reach my goals. The abs are officially back! Looking forward to hitting the reverse diet soon and looking fuller again. One of the downsides of being on a cut is you look really flat by the end of it due to low glycogen in your muscles but soon enough I’ll start looking fuller again 😀 I’m still new to this whole fitness thing ( about a year and a half in now ). But I’ve really been enjoying the journey.

It’s been a fun and some what productive day. I got to celebrate Christmas a little early with Spotlight while the kids were at school, managed to squeeze a gym session in, assembled some calisthenics equipment and now I’m going to try stay off my phone and watch an episode of The Chi now the kids are in bed. Hope you guys had a good day.
