Field Notes with Mike is a channel dedicated to documenting education, experiences, and hobbies across a wide range of interests and disciplines.

Content includes study audio, training notes, field experiences, hands-on projects, and personal pursuits. I earned my Florida Law Enforcement Certification, hold current FDLE certification, National Registry EMT, current Firefighter II state certs and have a bachelors in Criminal Justice. Currently taking nursing prerequisites.

During my time in the police academy, I followed a YouTube channel that provided audio chapter reviews. Combining listening to the material with reading the textbook helped me pass the State Officer Certification Exam on my first attempt. I’m applying that same approach here to help others learn more effectively.

Some videos are designed to be listened to while driving or during downtime, while others capture real-time learning, training, and exploration.
