❤️ TAKE ME BACK TO MY FIRST LOVE — THE ONE WHO NEVER LEFT
Lord, take me back to that place where nothing mattered more than Your presence. Where my heart longed for You, not because of what You could give me, but simply because of who You are. Back to the place where seeking Your face was my greatest pursuit, hearing Your voice was my deepest desire, and being near You was more than enough.
I don’t want to become so familiar with the things of God that I lose my wonder for the God of all things. I don’t want to know Your works and neglect Your ways. I don’t want to become so busy serving You that I forget to sit at Your feet. I don’t want Your hand without seeking Your face, Your blessings without intimacy, or Your promises without Your presence.
Life has a way of teaching us that people come and go. Some are with us for a season, others for a lifetime. Some relationships end without explanation, some promises are forgotten, and some people we thought would always remain eventually walk away. But through every changing season, one truth remains: God has never walked away from me.
He was there when no one understood. He was there when words failed and tears became prayers. He was there in the silence, in the waiting, in the disappointments, and in the moments when I had nothing left to offer but a surrendered heart. Even when I was distracted, He remained faithful. Even when my affection grew cold, His love did not change.
And the more I walk with Him, the more I realize that the greatest treasure of this life is not what I can receive from His hands, but the privilege of knowing His heart.
I want a love that goes beyond Sunday worship, beyond answered prayers, beyond spiritual experiences and emotional moments. I want the kind of intimacy that is cultivated in the secret place, when no one is watching, when there is no audience, no applause, and nothing to gain except more of Him.
Lord, never allow me to become satisfied with knowing about You when You have invited me to know You. Awaken again the hunger that refuses to settle for a distant relationship with You. Rekindle the fire of my first love. Strip away every distraction competing for the affection that belongs to You.
If people stay, let me love them without making them my source. If people leave, let me release them without losing my peace. If seasons change, let my devotion remain. And if everything around me is shaken, let my heart remain anchored in the One who cannot be shaken.
I have learned that people can love you and still leave, but God loves with a faithfulness that never fails.
So, above every blessing, every opportunity, every relationship, every dream, and every answered prayer, there is still one cry rising from the depths of my soul:
LORD, YOUR FACE WILL I SEEK.
Not merely Your gifts. Not merely Your power. Not merely Your provision.
I WANT YOU.
And when everything else fades, may I still be found at Your feet, loving You as my first love, my greatest treasure, and my eternal portion.

🔥 THERE’S NO VICTORY WHERE UNREPENTANT SIN IS PRESENT!
Israel received God’s promises, but disobedience cost them the victory.
Beloved, we cannot expect to walk in God’s victory while deliberately living in disobedience to His Word. Sometimes, the greatest obstacle to our breakthrough is not the enemy before us, but the sin we have allowed in our lives.
Before seeking victory, examine your heart. Repent, surrender, and return to the Lord. His mercy is available to all who genuinely turn to Him. ❤️

Don’t allow fear, rejection, or the desire to please people to keep you silent.
🙏 Pray for opportunities. Speak the truth in love. Share the Gospel. Point someone to Jesus!
