After a year of playing Anticipate the Fall live, testing new songs on Belgian and Dutch stages, and wondering when the finish line would finally show up… we’re back.
Our new single ACHIEVE is out today. 🖤 It’s about chasing big things with an unreasonable amount of determination. About ambition, persistence, and the strange satisfaction of carrying on when the finish line keeps moving. No idea where we’re going. Definitely going there.
🎧 Listen to ACHIEVE now on Bandcamp or Spotify 🎬 Watch the live music video, filmed at our Anticipate the Fall release show by Robbe Maes 🎚️ Recorded, mixed & mastered by our long-time collaborator Jan Viggria / Barnowl Productions.
Give it a listen. Turn it up. Share it with someone who needs a little unreasonable determination today. And most importantly: tell us what you think.
🎶 We’re back! Our new album "Anticipate the Fall" is finally here! 🎶
After Sunny Forecast and Black Swan, the past few years have been anything but smooth — line-up changes, a global pandemic, and a long pause in between. But resilience (and a healthy dose of stubbornness) wins. 💪
In 2024, we found our spark again. With guitarist Wouter Voorspoels joining the band, a fresh energy ignited — pushing us into richer, more dynamic sonic territory. Now a full-fledged quartet, we sound more powerful and versatile than ever. ⚡
You might have already heard our singles Teacher of Fools, Double Digits, No Adjustments, and the title track Anticipate the Fall (featuring the signature winks of Robbe Maes).
Now, dive into the 9-track album, featuring 5 brand-new songs — recorded and mastered with Jan Viggria (The Guru Guru) at Barnowl Productions. Album cover by Vic Maillard.
We open with (Good Luck is just) Around the Corner — because as the optimists we are, that’s exactly how we feel.
💥 Listen now and let us know your favorite track — and help us spread the word!
Let go, ride the turbulence, and come back stronger.
🔥 This is our new single: Anticipate the Fall! 🔥
Our creative journey with Jan Viggria (Barnowl Productions) and Robbe Maes keeps rolling.
🎬 Featuring Carlo and Gonzalo in the video, filmed at the atmospheric Sint-Jozefsinstituut in Betekom.
Huge thanks to everyone involved — and to you for listening. ❤️
🎉 Oh, and yes... this is the official announcement of a new album, coming later this year. More soon! 👀🎶
Good vibes on and off stage last Friday in Antwerp! We're getting into the groove for the upcomibg shows in Leuven (5/4) at @cafe_allee with @shitfruitmusic and Mechelen at @dekeldr.be with @pelican_dealer (18/4). #IndieMusic#alternativemusic#GuitarMusic#LiveMusic#concert#gig#leuven
☀️ It must have been the sunny vibes… ☀️
Last week, Pilod didn’t play music. Instead, we sat together and made plans for the next two years! 🔥 Exciting times ahead, and soon we’ll tell you more about it. One thing is certain—it will involve making memories, even abroad! 🌍🎶
But before that, let’s take a trip down memory lane… 🚗💨
Back in 2014, we played a memorable show in a car repair shop at Indies Keeping Secrets in Barcelona. What a night! 🤩 That’s exactly the kind of magic we’re aiming for again! 🎸✨

This is our new single "Teacher of Fools"
🎥 The star of the video? Not Lassie. Not Samson. Meet Mieke.
🎧 Recorded, mixed & mastered by our trusted sound wizard Jan Viggria (Barnowl Productions).
🎬 Video conjured with a wink and a twist by our visual magician Robbe Maes.
💿 Why now? Because Teacher of Fools is our last single before our third album Anticipate the Fall — out 5 October.

☀️ 10 Years of Sunny! ☀️
A decade ago, we released our version of Sunny 🌞. To capture the memories of our mini tour in Catalonia, we made this video—still a trip down memory lane we cherish!
Enjoy! 🎥🎶
