🚀 3 CEOs. 1 stage. And a moment with Tony Robbins I'll never forget.

Here's what Dreamforce 2026 taught me 👇

Last week I spent three incredible days in San Francisco at Dreamforce, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. 🌉✨ The energy, the people, the ideas… I'm still buzzing.

🎤 The main keynote was a true highlight.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff shared the stage with Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang for an open, honest conversation about the pace of AI and how we build it responsibly.

💡 One idea from Dario really landed for me:

Even if AI stopped improving today, most of us are only using a small fraction of what it can already do.

That's a massive opportunity sitting right in front of every one of us.

🔥 The big announcements, in a nutshell:

⚡ AIforce: Salesforce now comes to you. Update records, trigger workflows, and get answers right inside Claude, Slack, or wherever you already work.
🤝 Claudeforce: A deeper Salesforce and Anthropic partnership, including a Salesforce plugin for Claude with 37 prebuilt sales skills, now in open beta.
💬 Slackforce: Salesforce data and visuals brought straight into Slack.
🧑‍💻 Agentforce Coworker: An AI teammate built right into Lightning.
🧠 Koa: Salesforce's first reasoning model designed specifically for CRM.
🔒 Trust front and center: zero data retention, so your data stays your data.

❤️ Then came the moment I didn't see coming.

The next day, Tony Robbins took the stage and filled the room with pure electricity. ⚡

He invited all of us to place both hands on our hearts and think back to a time we achieved something truly amazing in our personal life, our career, our business, and our spiritual life.

Then he asked us to notice how simply revisiting that moment could shift our state of mind.

Being in a room full of people doing the exact same thing, I could feel the energy change. 🙌

🌟 My biggest takeaway?

AI will transform how we work. But our state of mind will decide what we do with it.

The technology is ready to meet us where we are. Our breakthroughs still begin with how we choose to show up. 💪

👇 Your turn:

Try Tony's exercise right now. Put your hands on your heart and think of your proudest win. What came to mind?

And if you were at Dreamforce or caught the keynotes on Salesforce+, which announcement excites you most?

I'd love to hear from you in the comments! 💬

🎉 Just got back from Cisco GSX in Vegas, and wow, what an experience! 🙌 The innovation on display and the momentum behind unifying the portfolio around Cisco Cloud Control is exactly the right direction for the business 🚀, a true unified platform across the entire product portfolio. The energy in that room was absolutely electric ⚡️

As a huge bonus, we had a special guest appearance from one of my favorite actors in Hollywood, Steve Carell 🎬, whose talk on leading with empathy and love ❤️ was absolutely incredible!

Beyond the content, it was amazing reconnecting with old friends and making new ones 🤝

Fired up for what FY 27 has in store 🔥. LFG! 🚀
