Manufactures power and distribution transformers, switchgear panels, compact substations, bus ducts and EV charging infrastructure. Caters to power utilities, renewable energy, industrial and infrastructure customers. Transformers contributed approximately 80% of FY26 revenue.

• Installed manufacturing capacity: 1,200+ MVA

🔹 Future Capex & Expansion:

• Identified approximately 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of land for a new manufacturing facility.

• Planned expansion into high-voltage EHV transmission transformers, a higher-value product segment.

• Plans to bring sheet-metal processing and powder coating in-house.

• Management indicated that on-ground installation could begin within 2–3 months of the June 2026 call, with at least six months required to commence manufacturing.

• IPO proceeds allocated for plant and machinery will support the expansion.

• FY27 revenue target: ₹120–180 Cr.

• Management expects 30–50% growth in the following year.

• Target EBITDA margin: 13–15%.

• Target PAT margin: 9–11%, with approximately 10% as the average expectation.
