Dear Friends,

I earnestly request all of you not to sleep on September 6th but watch the final few hour's of OUR AWESOME SPACECRAFT, CHANDRAYAAN-2, as it will land on the South Pole of our moon around 1.40 AM on September 7th. Although, I have complete confidence in OUR OWN ISRO, please remember that we are dealing with lunar dust which is very fine and also electrically charged. So much so that it sticks to any surface....We need the collective prayers of 1.2 billion Indians to make this a great and unprecedented success. ISRO with a budget of $ 1.2 billion is really giving NASA, with a budget of $ 21 billion, a run for its money. Since I have so many dear friends who speak and write most major languages, not to speak of friends from every religion and residing in so many countries, I humbly request all of you to translate this message into your respective languages and forward to as many people as possible so it will reach every Indian on this planet. BRAVO INDIA, BRAVO ISRO..

â– Gujarat HC decision on last date for availing ITC for FY 2017-18â–

Gujarat High Court held that the Press Release dated October 18, 2018 issued by CBIC is illegal to the extent it says that the last date for availing input tax credit relating to the invoices issued during the period from July 2017 to March 2018 shall be last date for the filing of return in Form GSTR-3B. High Court further clarified that GSTR-3B is not a return in lieu of GSTR-3 and accepted petitioners plea that return in form GSTR-3B is only a temporary stop gap arrangement till due date of filing return in form GSTR-3 is notified.

-Masterstroke by Finance Minister-

â—ŹIn her budget speech, FM said that Aadhar can also be used to file Income tax returns. PAN number is not necessary to file the return. Thus, interchangeability of PAN and Aadhar has come into play.

â—ŹAs per UIDAI - A total of 121 crore Aadhaar cards have been issued so far. Further, every day 10 lakh people enrol/update their Aadhaar.

â—ŹWith the interchangeability of PAN with Aadhar, Income Tax Deparment shall now have control over all Aadhaar Card holders irrespective of the fact whether they hold any PAN or not.

Thanks & Regards
