Sunounou documents the raw, unfiltered rebuild of a 47-year-old man who lost everything and chose nature, discipline, and solitude over collapse.
No motivation talk. No fake positivity.
Just anxiety recovery, midlife crisis, male vulnerability, leaving the expat life behind, and starting over closer to nature in Spain.
I also built small reset huts in remote nature in Spain.
Not tourism. Just silence, solitude, and time to rebuild.
