Phase One of the move is officially complete! 🏠
We cleared out our apartment, moved everything into storage, and we’re now temporarily staying with family until we close on our first home in November.
It’s been a hectic few days on top of the move because our whole family has been sick, so I’ve had to take a couple days off work and haven’t posted much lately.
Definitely not the easiest start to this transition, but it feels good knowing we’re one step closer to our new home and a fresh start.

Lexus has announced the 2027 Lexus LX, and it gets several small but worthwhile updates. Premium models get new darker-finish 20-inch wheels and a standard digital rearview mirror, while F SPORT Handling gets standard red brake calipers and a new Palomino interior option. Power-folding rear seats also become standard on F SPORT Handling and Overtrail. Starting MSRP is $109,050.

The 2027 Lexus GX is here! Lexus says the GX mostly carries over for 2027, but there is one nice interior upgrade: ventilated rear outboard seats are now standard on Luxury, Luxury+ and Overtrail+ grades. The 3.4L twin-turbo V6 continues with 349 horsepower and up to 9,096 lbs. of towing depending on grade.

The 2027 Lexus RX has officially been announced!
For 2027, Lexus is keeping the RX lineup familiar but adding optional red front and rear brake calipers to the F SPORT Handling and F SPORT Performance grades. The RX continues with RX 350, RX 350h, RX 450h+ and RX 500h powertrain options and is expected at dealerships later this fall.

Pretty cool moment for my YouTube channel.
I started filming videos years ago while working in the car business, and back then I really didn’t have many people in my corner. A lot of people told me I was wasting my time.
Now I’m in the top 5% of creators in my subscriber range, with over 211,000 views this past week, and YouTube has grown into something that helps me cover my mortgage, car payments, and take care of my family.
I genuinely never thought it would get this far. I’m grateful I kept going, and even more grateful to everyone who watches, comments, shares, and supports what I do.
