The Grey Pilgrim is a channel dedicated to exploring the lore, history, and mythology of Tolkien’s Middle-earth. From characters and cultures to timelines, maps, adaptations, and modern interpretations, each video is a guided journey through the legendarium.

All videos feature original research, original scripts, and original narration, offering commentary, analysis, and storytelling that transform the source material into educational content. Any visuals, clips, or artwork used are for context and illustration only, and are always secondary to the original voice and analysis presented here.

All content falls under fair use: any copying of copyrighted material is done for a limited, educational and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work.
