My adventures in Daggerfall Unity continue, now with glorious, old school, "pixel art" graphics thanks to a new mod loadout and adjusted settings. 🙂

My studio's "FOSS Gaming Extravaganza" continues with another classic roguelike: Larn! ✨ Can you find a potion to cure your daughter's illness within 300 "mobuls" (30,000 turns)? ⚗️ So far...we keep getting slain by dragons. 😅

Episode IV of my studio's "FOSS Gaming Extravaganza" series features Colossal Cave Adventure, often known simply as Adventure or ADVENT, an early piece of interactive fiction that launched the entire genre bearing its name: adventure games! Have you ever played this text-based classic?

Behold, the birth of a new series on my studio channel! ✨ It highlights games from the wonderful world of FOSS (free and open source software), beginning with a focus on text-based games and the genre known as "roguelikes," so its first topic is none other than the original Rogue. 🗡️ Check it out and subscribe to ‪@GoldenDrakeStudios‬ if you haven't already! 😁

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 I've prepared a new dungeon crawl video that pairs perfectly with any slice of pie. 🥧

In this episode, Eärendil plumbs the depths of the Crypt of Hearts, purging undead and demons (daedra) on his way to the sixth piece of the Staff of Chaos, hidden behind yet another riddle-locked door. He then sails to Black Marsh to continue his vital quest...

Happy Halloween! 🎃 I've prepared a spooky new Daggerfall video for you, complete with spiders, skeletons, werewolves, and a vampire...who stands on a lever, then falls to an amusing death. 🧛‍♀️ Apologies for the occasional choppiness: I'm using a new laptop and apparently need to tweak a few more settings for optimal recording and overall performance. 💻

In this episode, Nazeem slays a vampire to rescue a princess on behalf of his knightly order, the Order of the Candle, earning promotion to the rank of squire. He then investigates the fate of Lherhtim, lost brother of Prince Lhotun of Sentinel, leading to a secret meeting with an agent of the Underking and, ultimately, the discovery of a troubling document in the caverns below the Fortress of Fhojum.
