Mech Arena Official

OPEN ON A DARK, SHABBY ROOM.

SFX: A violin whines a single, sinister note

ASAMI: What was that?
RED: Hang on, why can I see the words I’m saying?
NEEV: Woah that’s so cool…oooOOOoooOOOooo
ASAMI: I think we’re in a cutscene.

THE DOOR CREAKS OPEN AND A SINGLE NOTE FLUTTERS IN, LANDING AT RED’S FEET.

RED (reading the note): “Avoid detection at all costs.”
NEEV: Seems simple enough. Let’s go.
ASAMI: Wait-oh, she’s gone.

THE THREE WOMEN STEP INTO THE CORRIDOR AND TREAD CAREFULLY.

SFX: Floorboards creaking and heavy breathing

NEEV ROUNDS A CORNER AND SEES A SHADOW MOVING IN THE CORNER. SHE STOPS AND LAYS FLAT AGAINST THE WALL.

SFX: Suspenseful sounds

VIRTUAL REALITY LEVEL 2

Back along in the days of old,
Is the tale of a battle that’s seldom been told,
It features three warriors: Asami, Neev and Red,
As they laid siege to a historic homestead,

“Where the hell are we” Neev yelled, swinging her sword,
“A twisted game of some kind” back Asami roared,
If they could beat this level, along they would go,
But first they had to be heroes and put on a show,

A wooden horse came and rolled up alongside,
And the trio clambered in to try and stay alive,
Through the thick castle gates, in they snuck,
Until they were through and at night they struck,

They took down the guards and claimed the city,
Together they conquered the Level. What a pity.
Still they were stuck in this virtual land,
Playing into my schemes, just as planned,

Neev, Red and Asami thought they had won,
But little did they know, the games had just begun.
