BREAKING: Jennifer Katske has filed another lawsuit today against the County and Clint Curtis. Case is 26CV-0210685.
She is fundraising online and says, "Today, I am also filing a new lawsuit to prevent individuals with conflicts of interest from working in the elections office for the June 2, 2026 election. Just filing this case costs $500."
This comes on the heels of a judgement against her this morning in her Jane Doe lawsuit, where she was ordered to pay the Shasta 5 defendants $3,000 in court costs.
A predisposition hearing is scheduled for 5/20/26 at 8:30am with Judge Hanna (unknown department).

BREAKING: A civil lawsuit filed yesterday in the Shasta County Superior Court alleges that County Counsel Joseph Larmour ordered a veteran county attorney to commit perjury. And when he refused, Larmour terminated him.
