Welcome to Ever Active Dad! 🎉
We started as an unboxing and collector channel, but now we’re excited to pivot to fitness! 💪 As a dad to an ever-growing family, I’m passionate about staying fit and healthy for us all. Based in Fallbrook, CA, we’re embracing this fresh start as I shift from a registered dental assistant to a certified fitness trainer.
Join us for:

Ride-along cycle workouts for fresh, engaging routines
Healthy challenges to inspire and push limits
New recipes and foods that fuel our goals
My journey as a trainer, including stretching tips and more
We’re here to motivate and support your path to a healthier life. Subscribe for dynamic fitness content and let’s embark on this adventure together. Your best self is waiting!
Thank you!

This is the seasonal junkyard cone. Chicken and gravy and cheese in a cone. What more do you need! We love Disneyland food.
