HUGE UPDATE: AFTER ALMOST 40 DAYS MY CHANNEL FINALLY GOT REMONETIZED!!🙏🏽🔥I really do appreciate each and every one of you in the community for sticking around and supporting me during the most stressful and depressing time I’ve had as a creator, genuinely thank you! Special thanks goes out to ‪@TommyNFG‬ , ‪@MoreTrueGawd‬ , ​⁠‪@julzdot‬,‪@Codenamesuper‬ , ‪@olamasama9243‬, ‪@Nenjuno‬, and many more creators who helped cover my situation and give me advice while this was going on.🤞🏽#DemonHome

With that being said, there are still plenty of other channels that are dealing with false demonetizations by YouTube and need to be reinstated as well. We as creators are a big part of the reason why this platform is as successful as it is today. Every content creator DESERVES to have a voice no matter their sub count. YouTube has to do better and implement a system for creators where we can talk to real people to resolve real issues instead of overrelying on AI systems. Hundreds of thousands of creators depend on the income they earn from YouTube to support themselves and their families financially, so it’s only right for due process and fair practices to be implemented platform-wide in the future.

Below or a list of creators, I know that are still dealing with demonetizations. If you guys could go support them so they can get their situations resolved as well. It wouldn’t mean the world to me, thanks again.💪🏽

UPDATE: Unfortunately my channel is STILL falsely demonetized for “Misleading Family Content” and to add insult to injury, YouTube has fully demonetized my 2nd channel as well. It’s been well over a month at this point and I’m still trying to fight this on Twitter, desperately hoping to get the attention of a real person at YouTube to review my case after submitting multiple appeals and getting auto rejections by their AI system. As for the future of the channel, I currently don’t know right now. Since August 7th, I’ve earned $0 in revenue, not to mention YouTube stripped away my ENTIRE July payment that I rightfully earned, so I haven’t had any income since before then. Thousands of dollars that I use to provide for my family, pay bills, etc. GONE in an instant, without warning because of YouTube’s mistake and over reliance on AI. I do still want to pursue YouTube as a full-time career but if anything, this situation has just shown me I can’t rely on it and need that stable source of income by pursuing other endeavors. I know this will take away time from the channel, but ideally once this does get resolved I still hope to be posting at least one or two times per month.

My channel is STILL fully demonetized after being wrongfully flagged for "Misleading Family Content." I'm actively trying to get a human review so the situation can be resolved but after receiving nothing but Al responses from YouTube over the past 2 weeks, they've also blocked my ability to contact support and the official @TeamYouTube account on Twitter refuses to respond to me now too🫩

YouTube has now completely blocked me from receiving “support” directly from their specialist team and still hasn’t restored my channel’s monetization after two whole weeks for a wrongful false positive by their AI detection system for “Misleading Family Content”. So not only have I not been able to earn anything from my videos since August 7th, they’ve also withheld and stripped all of my earnings from July, so now my regularly scheduled payment for this month is ZERO DOLLARS. Because of a wrongful AI mistake by their system, all of my hard work from last month means NOTHING.

I’ve tried reaching out on Twitter multiple times and have still been met with the same AI responses. All it would take is a human looking at my channel for a few minutes to determine that this was an error. My emails to the YouTube support team were not excessive or abusive at all, I have the email threads to prove that. I was respectful and professional the entire time, messaging back-and-forth with their “agents”, trying to get a resolution for my channel, but was met with the same AI generated denial responses over and over. So essentially, if this wrongful suspension holds for the entire 90-day period, I’ll be WITHOUT REVENUE for an entire FIVE MONTHS, almost half a year of no income all because of complete negligence on YouTube’s behalf.

This whole situation has been utterly depressing and taxing on my mental state. Honestly, I haven’t even been able to work on new videos/content since this issue started. At this point I’m not sure when the next video on the channel will be coming out because right now, it’s just too hard to work on anything knowing that I’ve been treated unfairly and had years worth of hard work completely stripped away in an instant without warning. I’ll continue to keep you guys updated and I love the community we’ve built over the past few years. I’m trying to be as transparent as possible throughout this entire situation but as of right now it’s not looking good. Thank you for the support❤️‍🔥‪@YouTube‬ FIX THIS PLEASE

YouTube has wrongly and unfairly DEMONETIZED my channel out of nowhere for “Misleading Family Content”. I’ve been making content for years and ensure every video I make is well within YouTube’s established guidelines. I’m in the process of trying to get this appealed but I will say that this is a mistake made by whatever AI detection system YouTube is using because I’ve seen multiple other creators deal with and get flagged for this exact same thing. I’ll be posting an appeal video later today as well to spread awareness, but if you guys could ‪@YouTube‬ for me and hype the video, it would be greatly appreciated. I hate having to do things like this but it’s necessary as I definitely rely on the income I generate from content to keep me going. Hopefully this gets resolved soon sooner than later than thanks in advance🙏🏽
