I’m losing weight. I’m getting healthier. I’m trying to improve my life. And instead of pretending I have all the answers, I’m showing you what that actually looks like in real time.
Some days I’m going to kill it. Some days I’m going to fuck up. Sometimes I’m going to know exactly what I’m doing, and other times I’m going to have to figure this shit out as I go. That’s life.
No fake motivation. No pretending everything is perfect. No acting like changing your life is easy.

Quick update on the long-form videos
There may be a temporary gap or slowdown in my long-form uploads going forward.
YouTube has recently been taking significantly longer to complete monetization/ad-suitability checks on some of my videos. In some cases, I'm being told the process can take 24–48 hours to fully complete.
Unfortunately, while those checks are still processing, I can potentially have a video gaining views without those views generating ad revenue.
At this point, I simply cannot afford to consistently create and release long-form content for free. These videos take time to record, edit, upload, thumbnail, and put together, and getting hundreds or potentially thousands of views while monetization is still being processed doesn't help me continue doing this.
So from this point forward, I'm going to keep new long-form videos private until YouTube finishes its checks and they're cleared for monetization. That may mean there are days where I don't upload, or the normal schedule gets pushed back by a day or two.
I'm NOT stopping long-form content. 💯 I'm just making sure that when I put the work into creating these videos, they're actually able to generate revenue when I release them.
Once YouTube finishes checking a video, it'll go live.
Appreciate everybody who continues to watch and support the channel. 🙏🏾 More is coming...it just might take a little longer to get to you.
