Who had me presenting on my lifestyle in Panama the day after an earthquake on their bingo card? In all seriousness, prayers to those who were and are still being effected. This was scary but I am proud of Panama and its response. Recovery will be a long road but I have seen the hearts of the people who live here for other countries that were in need and I have no doubt the country will come together for those who now need the help here. 🇵🇦💪🏽❤️
