SUMMARY FOR ALL FOUR MUNICIPALS
🟢For Kingston and St.Andrew -JLP need to retain all 20 division and just win one of the two tossup to PNP leaning divisions above. JLP need 60,000-68,000 votes to have a chance in winning the popular vote if the municipal have another 20/20 tie .
For St.Catherine - JLP need to retain all nineteen division and just win two of the five tossup to PNP leaning divisions above.
🟢For St. Mary - JLP need to retain all six divisions they have and win one of the four PNP Leaning and Tossup divisions above .
🟢For Clarendon -JLP need to retain all ten divisions they have currently and to win just two of the four Lean JLP,Lean PNP and Tossup divisions above .
*The JLP should not call a Local Government Election next year 2027 if they can't win an additional three -four parish municipals.

There you have it North Western Clarendon Caretaker Warren Newby says no to being a councillor for Frankfield or even changing Clive Mundle the current councillor. He's standing by him because of his work he's doing as a Councillor. Well I suspect Deputy Mayor Mundle need to hire a social media specialist. Mr. Mundle also should know that since he's councillor the JLP never got over 2400 in the General Election. His job as councillor should ensure the JLP can get over 2800 votes in Frankfield in 2030 . This time around we can't blame Stern or Henriques on why Labourites in Frankfield are staying home .

This the reason why I say miss vaz to be councilor
The Richard Azan blueprint
When Richard Azan was defeated by Michael Stern in the 2007 General Election he never went away he decided to plan for the future. Within months he was the Councillor for the Spaulding Division that's the strongest division for the PNP . He realize the only way he and the PNP can win retain North Western Clarendon is to win Spaulding division by a huge margin . He defeated Michael Stern in 2011 and again in 2016 . In 2020 when the nation swing for the JLP was over 10% he manage to lose by under 100 votes . He then retain the seat again in 2025 .
All I am saying Ann-Marie Vaz, Ian Ives,Warren Newby ,Delroy Slowley and other strong JLP caretakers need to rebuild their strong divisions by being councillors . Anyways it's just an opinion and nothing else . The aim in 2030 is to retain more seats .

Ian Ives for Councillor in Porus OR Grove Town ?
Manchester Southern Caretaker Ian Ives could strengthen is bid for MP by being a councillor Porus or the Grove Town division. If by some miracle where the JLP wins the Manchester Municipal he will be the frontrunner to be the Mayor . For the JLP to win Manchester Southern they need to win the Grove Town Division by over 700 votes and Porus by over 300 votes. Which means Ian Ives is needed as a councillor to bring out the base especially in Grove Town OR Porus as a Councillor.
