Everything I upload is monetised by the lawful and rightful copyright holders, and every cent from every click goes to them. Regarding the rare bootlegs I upload that don't get copyright claimed - I will never try to profit off them in any way.
I encourage respectful conversation and spirited debate on the videos I upload, but if you bring any form of racism, misogyny, or homophobia here, I will remove the comment and block you from ever commenting again on my channel. Music transcends hatred on this homestead, and always will.
I really hope someday I'll be able to upload all of my Coltrane, Beatles, Dylan, Bob Marley, Doors, and Jimi boots. Unfortunately, the good stuff gets insta-blocked.
If there are ads before or during anything I upload, they were put there by the copyright holders.

Well...I guess my little channel is gaining a bit of traction. Got my first sponsorship offer from a very good camera company last week, and was offered a partnership w/ Youtube.
As much as I'd like some free camera stuff and youtube bonuses for shilling out to them, there's not a chance I'd ever say yes to anybody. I don't like that some of my videos have ads already (Pink Floyd, I'm lookin' at you) and I would never willingly add to that.
I also (obviously) don't own the audio, and they are all lawfully monetized, so I really never want to make a dime here for my own pocket. It would be theft.
I do like that my vids are putting a few bucks in the pockets of bands and artists I love though. And I even understand why they put in ads themselves - youtube doesn't pay well on views alone.

Hey folks.
I'm so thankful for the folks who follow and listen to the music on my channel. I hope to get back to it soon, and hope to start uploading boots again soon - I lost my mom, and I'm dealing with it.
I haven't felt up to engineering music in a long time now. I will get back to it. I promise that.
