Hi!
My name is Marta, and I turned four rejections from leading Middle Eastern airlines into my dream job. After I started sharing my journey online — including all the fears, doubts, and lessons learned other aspiring cabin crew members began to feel inspired, which is how my community was born.

I saw how many people needed guidance on this journey, so I began helping others rebuild their confidence and land their dream jobs. This is how my coaching started. Over the past two years, I have helped thousands of aspirants secure positions with the world’s best airlines in the Middle East through my coaching calls, eBooks, and dedicated programs. I also organize meet-ups around the world and host webinars to support future cabin crew on this journey.

Recently, I introduced my Cabin Crew Mastery Program — a life-changing opportunity designed for fully committed candidates who truly want to transform their lives within three months.

Hi Future Cabin Crew,

On 14 January, Hristina pressed “submit” on an online application.

On 7 June, she walked into her first day of training at Riyadh Air. 💜

Less than five months! That is how long it took for her life to change completely.

Hristina is one of my students, and I could not be prouder. 🥹

I asked her if I could share her timeline with you, because I want you to see what this journey can look like:

14 January: applied to Riyadh Air online
15 January: submitted video interview
Shortly after: invited to choose between three Assessment Days, in Madrid, Paris and Rome. She chose Rome.
20 February: Assessment Day in Rome
1 March: received the Congratulations email, and onboarding began
Joining date: Riyadh Air offered her dates at the beginning and end of May, June and July. She chose June, to have enough time to prepare for the move and this new chapter.
5 June: arrived in Riyadh
7 June: official Date of Joining and first day of training

From application to the Congratulations email, it took less than seven weeks! 🎉

There are two things I want you to take from Hristina’s story. 💜

First, open more than one door for yourself. Hristina was preparing for Etihad, and decided to apply to Riyadh Air as well, as her second-choice airline. That second door is the one that opened.

Second, prepare before the opportunity arrives. Look at the timeline again: one day after applying, she already had a video interview. There was no time to start preparing then.

Going in unprepared costs more than people think.

Every application takes time and energy.

Every Assessment Day can mean flights, a hotel and days off work.

And every rejection takes a little of your confidence, often together with a waiting period before you can apply to that airline again. 💔

Preparation is how you protect all of that.

When you know what recruiters look for, how to answer and how to present yourself, you walk in calm instead of hoping for luck.

Hristina was ready, and that is why everything moved so quickly.

If you want to be ready, I would love to help you.

We can work on your CV, your answers and your confidence, step by step. 👼🏻

One day, I hope the email I share with this community is yours.

Cheering for you,
Marta

Riyadh Air or Etihad? Hristina had to choose ✈️

Hi Future Cabin Crew,

This morning my phone lit up with a message from Hristina.

When I opened it, I saw photos from her Riyadh Air graduation, with her standing proudly in her new uniform.

I’m not ashamed to say I got emotional 🥹

Because I remember where this story began.

In December 2025, Hristina reached out to me.

She was a former Qatar Airways cabin crew member, so on paper she had everything.

But inside, she was full of doubts.

She wanted to fly again, she had her heart set on Etihad and Riyadh Air, and she knew how competitive both airlines are.

She was worried about the future, worried about the process, and quietly wondering whether she would get an offer from even one airline.

In January 2026, we started preparing together.

Then things began to move.

After Etihad’s virtual assessment day, she quickly received the English test, and soon after, her offer letter. Her first dream had come true.

But the story didn’t stop there.

In the meantime, she had also applied to Riyadh Air and was invited to their assessment day in Rome.

She walked in prepared, went through the entire process, and once again, the offer letter arrived.

Two dream airlines. Two offers. One decision.

For weeks, we talked it through. We compared every detail and weighed every advantage and disadvantage to find the airline that was better aligned with Hristina’s goals.

And in the end, she chose Riyadh Air.

Today, she is proudly representing the new national airline of Saudi Arabia.

Just one year ago, she couldn’t have imagined this moment.

What Hristina’s story can teach you:

1. Don’t put all your dreams on one airline. Applying to more than one gives you options, confidence, and the freedom to choose. I say this to every one of my students, and Hristina is living proof.

2. Experience alone isn’t enough. You need the right preparation. Even as a former Qatar Airways crew member, Hristina chose to prepare with me, because every airline is different. Each has its own process, its own expectations, and even its own interview questions. The right guidance saves you months of guessing, wasted energy, and sleepless nights of stress, so you can walk into every stage knowing exactly what to expect.

3. Your life can change in just a few months. Not years. Months. With the right strategy, preparation, and mindset, the version of you who is worrying today can be the one wearing the uniform in just a few months.
Now I want to ask you something.

Where do you want to be one year from now?

Still scrolling through other people’s success stories, wondering “what if”?

Or sending your own graduation photos to someone who believed in you from the start?

If you’re ready to stop waiting and start preparing, book a call with me.

I only have a few spots left for October, and once they’re gone, the next opening won’t be until November.

Your story could be the next one I share.

With love,
Marta

💔 How to Turn Rejection Into Redirection ❤️✈️

Hi Aspiring Cabin Crew,

Today I want to talk about something I know many of you struggle with: rejection.

If you’ve recently been turned down by an airline, I want you to know something first - I see you, and I’ve been exactly where you are.

Before I joined Etihad, I was rejected four times. Each one made me question whether I was cut out for this at all. But I kept going, and eventually, one of those “no’s” turned into the best “yes” I could ever ask for.

And here’s the thing I only realised once I was actually onboard: almost everyone I met had a similar story. Colleague after colleague told me about their own rejections, their own years of trying before it finally clicked.

Rejection isn’t the exception in this industry - it’s part of nearly everyone’s journey. You are not alone. ❤️

It’s rarely a “no” forever - it’s often a redirection
Sometimes a rejection isn’t a closed door, it’s a sign that a different airline, or a different timing is actually more aligned with where you’re meant to be.

How do you turn a 'no' into a 'yes'?" 💔❤️

1. Give yourself a moment to feel it. It’s okay to be disappointed. It's okay to be sad.

2. Then get analytical. Look honestly at what might have held you back - was it a specific answer, your presentation, your nerves, your English fluency, not fully meeting the requirements, or even not respecting the cooling-off period?

3. Improve what needs improving. That might mean refining your CV, gaining more hospitality experience, working on your English fluency, sharpening your presentation, or simply building more confidence for next time.

4. In the meantime, don’t put all your hope in one airline. Apply elsewhere too. Every application is a door, and you don’t need to know yet which one will open. Keep multiple doors open at once, it also keeps your momentum alive while you wait.

5. Reapply once you're eligible. As soon as your cooling-off period is finished, give it another shot, more prepared, more confident, and one step closer than you were before.

If you’ve recently faced a rejection and aren’t sure what to do next, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Book a call with me and let’s go through what happened together, look at what can be improved, and build a plan to get you ready for your next opportunity.

Sometimes an outside perspective is exactly what turns a “no” into your next “yes.

With you every step of the way! ❤️

Hey Future Cabin Crew,

Qatar is hiring right now, and it's opening some incredible doors for cabin crew.

But over and over, in our sessions, I watch candidates talk themselves out of applying.

Not because of anything real. Not because of their experience, their English, their look.

But because of someone else's experience.

When I ask my students why they don't want to apply, I hear the same thing almost every time:

"I heard the environment at Qatar is toxic."

And when I ask, "Who told you that?" it's always someone from TikTok. Or from a Facebook group.

Here's what I've learned after years of working in aviation, and knowing people who actually fly for different airlines right now:

EVERY airline in the world, including the ones you'd never hesitate to apply to, has people who loved it there and people who didn't.

So let me ask you honestly: why are you building your future on someone else's story?

Why let a stranger's bad day, or a bad take made for views, decide what YOUR opportunity could look like?

Why not just try, and find out for yourself?

Let me tell you about one of my students, Sophia. 💜

Sophia came to me wanting Etihad. That was her dream. But while we were preparing together, Qatar happened to be hiring too. So I told her, why not open that door as well?

It wasn't her first choice, but she applied anyway, and before she was even invited to the next stage with Etihad, she already had an offer letter from Qatar.

Here's the timeline she shared with me few months after our session:

17 May - Qatar Open Day
19 May - Blue background photo requested
1 June - Full-face photos requested
11 June - Offer letter
12 June - Background check
21 June - Travel to Doha confirmed
22 August - Date of joining

Less than four weeks from Open Day to offer letter!

Here’s what she told me later:
“I feel very satisfied and surprised by how much my life changed in just six months, as it was never part of my original life plan. This experience strengthened one important belief for me: there are many different possibilities in life. Understanding yourself, trusting yourself, and acting in alignment with who you truly are can lead to an unexpected future.”

This is what I want for you too. 💜

Sophia didn’t wait for certainty. She stayed open, kept moving, and let the process show her what was possible.

Few months later, her life looked completely different, in the best way.

I’ve helped hundreds of people get into Qatar, many of whom are still in touch with me, grateful for every minute there.

So here’s my invitation to you this week: open yourself to Qatar.

You don’t need certainty to take the next step, you just need to be willing to try.

You can always decide later whether that door is the right one, but you’ll never know unless you open it.

If you’d like support with your strategy, your CV, or feeling interview-ready, I’m here. 💜

With belief in you,
Marta
