Shady, that's not how Pennsylvania law works. Under Rule 3123.1, you can only claim an exemption if the money comes from specific government-protected sources like Social Security or Workers' Comp.
Pennsylvania courts do not grant statutory exemptions just because someone argues that losing their commercial 1099 income causes financial hardship.
More importantly, Brittney is already past that stage. She didn't file a Sheriff's exemption form because she filed a formal Petition to Stay under Rule 3121, and the entire matter is now sitting on Judge Scanlon's desk for the September 22nd hearing. Perhaps if she’d replied to the numerous notices and filings she could have found a legal way to lessen this but she didn’t and the time has passed.

One of my best friends. She tried to leave, but he was really good at apologizing. We warned her. We yelled, advised, stop talking, tried lots of ways. None worked until she was ready. She finally got away. She was happy. When he came by again, she hadn’t seen him in a while bc he was locked up for abusing another woman. He said he just needed a couch to crash on bc he was leaving the next day to NY. She allowed him the couch. The middle of the night he decided to end her life in front of my godson. He sexually assaulted her as well. Put a sheet over her and placed a bible on her chest and then called the police. He was just paroled recently after serving 24 years. While in he was allowed to have penpals and he was clear he was looking for love. Imagine? A convicted abuser and killer allowed to have personal ads from inside. Leaving isn’t always easy and sometimes it’s impossible. Sometimes no matter what we say, it’s got to be their choice. We all miss you Kris 🤍
