There are moments in life when God asks you to step out in faith before He shows you the full picture.
Moving our family to Mexico was one of those moments.
This wasn’t a decision we made lightly. There were a lot of prayers, conversations, questions, and more than a few moments of uncertainty. Walking away from what was familiar wasn’t easy.
But deep in my spirit, I knew God was saying, “Go.”
As the spiritual leader of our home, I believe God holds me accountable for leading our family with faith, wisdom, and humility. But leadership has never meant standing above my wife. She is my partner, my equal, and one of God’s greatest gifts in my life. I’m deeply grateful for the trust she placed in me, the wisdom she brings to every decision, and the way we’ve walked this journey together. I’m equally thankful for our children, who embraced this adventure with open hearts and trusted both our leadership and God’s plan for our family.
Today, I’m simply grateful.
Grateful for God’s never-ending grace, His favor, His protection, and the countless blessings He’s already poured out on our family during this journey. He has been faithful every step of the way, even in the moments when we couldn’t yet see what He was doing.
We still have plenty to learn, and this journey is far from over. But every day reminds me that when God calls you to take a step of faith, His plans are always better than the ones we try to create on our own.
To God be all the glory. ❤️🙏🏾🇲🇽
