•So, As you know In India myopia cases are increased so so soo much Every 1 children/teen has Myopia from 5 children/teens

•And Congratulations If You don't have Myopia 🥂
Cuz, It's irreversible And it's not just a joke it's more serious than you think. It can ruin your future 😭
•So As I've watched many videos and read a few things And that's soo true So, Don't skip it's more Important than Your studies too!!

•So I'll say That I'm proud to Be Indian, but I'm not happy to live in India. Cuz, it's just Maybe not taken seriously In India, while it can ruin your whole life too!
So, The one who have Can cry After reading this (I had also cried)

•So, As results The one who don't have can Be safe from itI'm saying this surely But It will work only if you Follow this strictly, Not only for 1-4 days For your Lifetime, Cuz it can be surrounded by you..

•So it can work for the one who don't have to be safe And for the one who have but still if can't reverse it you can pause but Can't make the same as before...

1. Must Have a screentime (1-3 hrs Maximum)
2. Must Be In sunlight (outdoor) for Minimum 3 hrs But don't forget to have sunscreen 🧴
3. Don't be more on near things Like Books ofcourse it includes Your studies, cuz being more deep into it can ruin Your future.

•This is all you can do And If You won't you'll be blind soon~
•Because It will make your eyes more elongated and your retina more thin which can lead blindness

➜China has taken action against myopia which leaded to positive responses..

•They Cancelled written examination for 1-5 Classes
•Increased playtime for nursery to Senior kg
