Relief efforts also depend on government decisions, available resources, transportation, and the scale of the disaster. Instead of blaming Nepal or Assam, the better approach is to encourage cooperation, humanitarian assistance, and mutual support between neighbouring regions. When disasters occur, countries and communities can work together by providing food, medical assistance, shelter, rescue support, and other essential services. Such cooperation can help reduce suffering and strengthen friendship and understanding between people.
