My Mission is to create radical change and true wellness in hormone balance, gut health, food mapping, autoimmune disease through functional medicine, unwavering dedication and the destruction of limiting beliefs.

When I was 38 I discovered a way to reverse the symptoms of my early menopause. You can read the full story at www.drmaggieyu.com, but the short version is this: standard medical practices, which I call “factory medicine,” failed me. Doctors couldn’t or wouldn’t put in the time to help me find out the root cause of my health crisis. They wanted to hand me a bottle of pills and move on. As a doctor, a scientist and a woman, I rejected that. The journey to finding my own cure led me to root cause medicine: a personalized, systems-oriented model that empowers you and I to achieve the highest expression of your health by addressing the underlying causes of your problems.
