We're Lorna and Darren – a folk duo called Fly Yeti Fly – living aboard a canal boat in the UK and spending our summer exploring Ireland in our campervan with our rescue dog, Tinks.
Follow along, as we travel from venue to venue playing gigs across the country, discovering Ireland's magical landscapes and hidden gems. Whether we're setting up for a show or hitting the open road, we'd love you to come along for the ride and share in our sometimes awkward but hopefully uplifting mix of travel and musical adventures!
The Yeti Way is about sharing the roads we travel, the people we meet, and the stories we gather along the way. We don't have any fancy cameras and are still learning the ropes, but hopefully you can still feel like part of the adventure!

Here we are at our gig in Frome the other night, settling back into the cosy season here in the southwest 🔥🎶 We have a video to share with you this Sunday, which sees us return home to the UK and takes you on a sunny cruise on our canalboat where we live. Following that, it’ll be nice to stay connected and give you all an insight into what boatlife is like through the changing of the seasons, so please do stay tuned 🙏✨And we hope to return to Ireland in the new year, with new adventures to come!
