The Truth I’ve Been Hiding and How It’s Helping Me Make a Difference
When I was a little girl, my dad held me high in the air and I smiled without a single thought of falling. Somewhere along the way, that fearless little girl disappeared.
The truth is… I’ve been afraid to share my full story of childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse — afraid of retaliation, judgment, not being believed… and afraid that if I rebuilt my identity on these solid foundations, I might fail someone again and have to start over from scratch.
But here’s the thing — I did start over. And I didn’t just survive — I reconnected with that little girl face to face, and together we THRIVE! I KNOW these foundations work. I’ve lived them and helped others stand on them too.
I’ve learned how abuse rewires the brain, damages stress-regulating receptors, and hijacks your nervous system — leaving you in anxiety, hypervigilance, and burnout. And I know the way back to feeling grounded, emotionally free, and deeply safe in your own body again.
