I’m lucky because there were prayers we whispered when nobody knew what I was going through.
But what people don’t see behind the “luck” are the:
Sleepless nights. Hundreds of client calls. Endless follow-ups and aftersales. 9AM to 3AM days trying to fix problems. Setbacks that stressed me so much I felt physically sick. Deals that fell apart. Days when I had to motivate myself before I could motivate my team. The pressure of building something bigger than myself.
So yes…
I’m lucky.
Lucky that God opened doors we prayed for. Lucky that He gave me strength when I didn’t think I had any left. Lucky that He placed the right people, opportunities, and blessings along the way.
But I also learned that sometimes, the blessing is the opportunity—and the responsibility is to work with what God gave you.

Nasa Hong Kong Disneyland kami nito… dapat off, dapat pahinga.
Walang pinipiling oras. Walang “out.”
May pressure. May rejection. May uncertainty.

“YOU’RE SO LUCKY.”
Yes, I am.

Lucky that He placed the right people, opportunities, and blessings along the way.
But I also learned that sometimes, the blessing is the opportunity—and the responsibility is to work with what God gave you.
So when they tell me,
“YOU’RE SO LUCKY.”
I’ll smile and say:
“Yes, I am.” 🤍
Because I prayed for this.
And God answered.
All glory to God. 🙏🏻

Just wrapped up presenting Le Pont Residences at our open house today ✨
Grateful for everyone who showed up—our investors didn’t just learn more about the project, they also unlocked exclusive discounts just by attending 👀
This is why I always say: sometimes, showing up is already an advantage.
Missed this one? Don’t worry, more opportunities coming soon. Stay tuned 🤍#sales
