Sir Hick is a Portland-born singer-songwriter with roots in Corvallis, Oregon and songs shaped by a lifetime on the road. After the Army and a sawmill job, he chased music through Austin, Nashville, and Branson—touring the U.S. and Europe with outlaw legends. In 2003, he recorded an album in Daegu, South Korea. Now based in Korea again, he shares original songs, acoustic covers, and Korean-learning shorts with heart and grit. His music tells stories of love, loss, wandering, and return—anchored in country soul and folk tradition. After time away to raise a family, Sir Hick is back—writing, singing, and bridging two cultures with one voice. Subscribe to follow the journey.

🎸 **"Fell Off My Rock" — One of My Absolute Favorites!** 🎶
Sometimes, a song just *hits* differently, and for me, that song is *Fell Off My Rock*. From the very first chord, it pulls me in and doesn’t let go. It's got that raw energy and emotional depth that feels so real, like you're stepping into a moment of pure vulnerability.
Whether it’s the way the lyrics capture that feeling of losing your balance and trying to find your way back, or the infectious rhythm that gets stuck in your head for days, this song has become a staple in my playlist. 🎧
The spirit of this song reminds me of the **6 of Swords**—it’s all about moving through tough times and finding your way to calmer waters. The track has been like that personal journey, helping me transition and heal. It's like riding the waves, letting go of what no longer serves you, and heading into something better.
If you haven’t checked it out yet, trust me, it’s worth the listen! 🌟
