Hey all, I owe you a clearer update. The van’s warranty situation is still unresolved, and the uncertainty’s been draining. I’m struggling to make the kind of videos I’m proud of. So I’m hitting pause to protect my mental space, and so the series can continue properly when the van’s back. I can’t give a date yet, but I didn’t wanna leave you guessing. Thanks for being patient and for letting me take a breath.

A little update from me…

This will be the third week without a new video, and I didn’t want to leave you all wondering what was happening especially after my last update showed the van being recovered.

Honestly, it’s just been a lot lately. Between the problems with the van and working some pretty ridiculous hours in my full-time job, I’ve had very little free time. And when I have had time, I’ve struggled to find the energy and motivation to sit down and edit.

I don’t want to rush a video out just for the sake of uploading, especially when so many of you have supported this new build and are genuinely invested in the journey.

I am still here, I’m still filming, and I’m definitely not giving up on the van or the channel. I’ve started editing the next episode, but I just need a little more time to get it finished and make it something worth watching.

Thank you for sticking with me and for all the supportive messages following the van problems. Hopefully, I’ll have a proper update and a new video for you soon. ❤️

Well… this wasn’t part of the campervan build plan 😅

The new van has already developed a rather concerning noise and today Cortana is off to Citroën on the back of a recovery truck.

I’ve got my suspicions about what it might be, but I’m going to wait and see what the technicians find before jumping to conclusions.

The good news is I’ve already got one more build episode filmed before all this happened, so the series isn’t stopping just yet 🙌

Not exactly what you want to see with a van that’s barely turned a wheel… 👀

I’ve finally finished editing the Goodbye Lozza video… ❤️

I genuinely think it’s one of the best videos I’ve ever made.

Watching it back has brought back so many memories from starting this channel with nothing, to all the adventures we’ve shared together over the last few years. Letting her go was a lot harder than I expected.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or only recently joined, you’ve all played a part in this chapter.

After a lot of thinking, I’ve decided it’s probably time to sell Lozza.

This van has genuinely changed my life.

It’s taken me all over the UK, helped me build this channel, given me some of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and ultimately played a huge part in allowing me to buy my house.

I’ve had it on AutoTrader for a while now, but I thought I’d mention it here as many of you have followed its journey almost as closely as I have.

It’s a 2019 VW Transporter T6 T32 LWB Highline DSG 4MOTION (204PS) with a Vanworx 4-berth conversion and 67,000 miles.

I’ve been completely transparent with the advert and included photos of the cosmetic damage it has picked up over the years, but mechanically it’s been a fantastic van and has never let me down.

Current asking price is £42,995.

If anyone is genuinely interested, or knows someone who might be, drop me a message and I’ll happily send over the full advert and details.

Part of me hopes it stays because it’s been such a huge part of my life, but another part of me knows it’s time for the next adventure.

I drove to Wales after work last weekend because I felt like I needed to get away.

Ended up sitting in the van drinking coffee, watching sheep, having a couple of beers on a rock, and thinking about life.

Funny thing is, I thought I was making a hiking video…

Turns out it became something completely different.

I’ve just arrived at tonight’s park-up in Wales and honestly… I think I needed this.

Tomorrow I’m heading off to explore somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for a while, and if the weather plays ball, it should make for a pretty incredible day.

This video’s a little different too. I’ve decided to put the script away and just be myself. Tonight I’ve spent a lot of time talking to the camera, having a proper chat about life, YouTube, where my head’s been at recently and what’s next. Whether all of it makes the final cut, I’m not sure yet, but it felt good to just hit record and talk.

For now though, I’m going to put the kettle on, enjoy the peace and switch off from the real world for a bit.
