♻️ Closing the Loop: Oil Revenue Powers the Latest CSR Buyback!

Corsair has completed another round of open-market purchases:

• 667,564 CSR
• 116,123 CSR25
• 9,990 CSR26

That is a total of 793,677 CSR Plastic Credits, all of which will be moved into Corsair’s corporate treasury wallet.

These purchases are funded by Corsair’s revenue generated through recycled oil sales under our petrochemical collaboration.

This creates a direct connection between Corsair’s operational growth and the wider CSR ecosystem: as our oil sales expand, we intend to allocate increasing amounts of company funds to regular open-market purchases of CSR Plastic Credits.

This is not an investment announcement or a promise of financial returns. It is Corsair reinvesting its own business revenue into an environmental program we created, believe in and remain committed to building.

From plastic waste to recycled oil—and back into the CSR Plastic Credit ecosystem. 🌍

CORSAIR WINS FRENCH APPEAL — COURT ORDERS COMPENSATION AND ARTICLE REMOVAL

We are very pleased to share an important legal victory for Corsair!

On 24 September 2026, the Court of Appeal in Aix-en-Provence, France, ruled in Corsair’s favour.

The Court found that Warning Trading’s article published on 9 September 2024 lacked a sufficient factual basis and harmed Corsair’s commercial reputation. It ordered Warning Trading and its publication director to remove the article and pay Corsair €3,000 in provisional compensation, €4,000 towards legal fees, and court costs.

This is an important step in protecting the reputation of our company and the work of our team.

We ask anyone who has repeated the allegations addressed in this ruling to review their content and make the necessary corrections or removals. As the earlier court decision has now been overturned, reports about those proceedings should also be updated to reflect this outcome.

The comments below express Corsair’s own position and are separate from the Court’s findings and orders.

We understand that building something new and groundbreaking can attract scepticism, criticism and even resistance. Corsair welcomes questions, open discussion and constructive criticism grounded in facts. We recognise the important role of the media in examining businesses and holding them accountable.

With that role comes a responsibility to report accurately, fairly and with a sound factual basis. The pursuit of attention or website clicks should never come at the expense of accuracy or justify false and misleading accusations that harm a business and the people behind it. Where such allegations cause harm, Corsair will seek appropriate corrections and, where necessary, take legal action to protect its reputation.

A heartfelt thank you to our legal team and everyone who has stood beside us. We sincerely appreciate your trust and support.

Together, we keep moving forward with our mission: collecting and recycling plastic waste and building a cleaner future.

Stay tuned for a new episode of Corsair Media Hour on YouTube, where we will break down this topic in more detail.

Working towards cleaner canals in Bangkok ♻️

We had a great meeting with James Scott, Executive Director of the TerraCycle Thai Foundation, and his dedicated team at their canal cleanup facility in Bangkok.

At Corsair, we applaud the work they do every day to remove waste from the city’s waterways. We have now begun discussions on how Corsair can support these efforts, including receiving plastic collected by the Foundation for use in our advanced recycling operations.

During the visit, Corsair CEO Jussi Veikko Saloranta and Piyawan Chaitaweep, Head of Sustainability at Corsair Group, also rolled up their sleeves and helped collect waste from the canal. Taking part gave us a firsthand appreciation of the effort and dedication behind this daily work.

Plastic bags, bottles and food packaging discarded in canals can travel downstream into rivers and eventually the ocean. Stopping this waste in the canals helps protect local waterways and marine life, while recovering plastic before it disperses or breaks down into smaller fragments that are much harder to collect.

A big thank you to James and the entire TerraCycle Foundation team for welcoming us and for the important work you do. We look forward to officially launching a collaboration and working together to help clean up Bangkok’s canals.

Another day, another shipment!

Another shipment of high-quality pyrolysis oil has just been sent out from our Bangkok facility to our valued offtaker in the petrochemical industry.

Every shipment represents more than oil leaving our facility. It represents plastic waste being transformed into a valuable resource, creating an opportunity for materials that might otherwise be discarded to return to use in the production of new plastics.

Every step matters. Every shipment is another important step towards circularity.

A big thank you to our dedicated team and our customers for helping turn this vision into reality. Together, we keep moving forward—one shipment at a time.

OVER 1.7 MILLION CSR PLASTIC CREDITS PURCHASED IN LATEST BUYBACK

This latest buyback includes:

• CSR — 1,595,328

Corsair’s buyback program adds an important additional source of value to the CSR plastic-credit ecosystem, alongside the real-world offsets / retirements made by end users. Together, these activities help support a stronger and more active ecosystem as it grows.

The purchases are complete. The acquired credits will be transferred from the open markets to Corsair’s Treasury wallet after the weekend and will become visible on blockchain once the transfers are completed.
