Calling basic human anxiety, anger, or trauma responses "demonic possession" isn’t even half true. And the ones who do truly haven’t experienced true deep trauma wounds or are clueless.
Trauma is experienced differently for everyone, some people have more than others and deal with them differently. You have to be able to especially as an energy worker know and at least try to understand before you can even invite people to help.
Because planting seeds of fear onto people's open wounds just to make them terrified of themselves isn't healing.
It's just MANIPULATION!
Your struggles are not a spiritual failure. They are normal, biological reactions to stress and unhealed trauma.
I'm all for energy work you guys know, I do it myself because I believe in it and I LOVE IT.
But please do the physical work too. If you are dealing with heavy trauma, please go see a professional therapist. Combining energy work with actual therapy is where real healing happens. Don't let anyone make you terrified of your own mind.
Trust your intuition and protect your boundaries.
