A Little Change of Direction for GoMT ❤️

I've decided to make a new home for my talking videos.

I love playing games. I love talking about games, appreciating the art and the incredible work developers put into them, and even finding unconventional ways to enjoy them. Whether it's using a game as ambience for relaxing, studying, or falling asleep, or exploring the deeper lessons and emotions they can bring out of us, if it's about a game, chances are I'll find something to appreciate about it.

With all that being said, it's probably no surprise that my original channel has gotten a little muddy. There's gameplay, cozy and sleepy games, strange and atmospheric experiences, and then there are my videos where I sit down and talk about life through the lens of gaming.

I love all of those things, and I don't want to give any of them up. But I think each deserves a little room to breathe.

So, going forward, *GoMT Games* will be the home for gameplay, playthroughs, cozy games, liminal spaces, and all the other wonderful experiences games have to offer.

And *GoMTLife* will be the home for my talking videos: the reflections, the life lessons, the emotions, and the conversations about what games can mean to us beyond the screen.

Nothing about the reason I started GoMT has changed. If anything, this feels like a better way to bring that original idea to life.
