We planned to build TWO houses in 12 months. Spoiler: we missed the deadline 😅
In the new video we break down what went wrong, what it cost us, and what we’d do differently. Building on a tricky site? This one can save you months.

Every house I build teaches me something (usually the expensive way). What do you want to hear about next?

We’d love to share a little update on Casa de Corgi. 🏡

From our first conversation with the clients, we felt we were on the same page - and now we’re seeing those ideas take shape on site.

I walked a $2M lot with great views and a steep slope. Beautiful spot, but building there won’t be cheap. Would you take on a project like that? 🏡

You find a lot with a view you can’t stop thinking about. Then you realize… the neighbors would have a pretty good view of you, too 👀

If you were building your home, where would you land?

Friends, be honest - are you actually ready for a productive week, or could we all use one more day off? 😅

While you’re deciding, we’re already working on a brand-new video for you - and it’s coming to the channel very soon. Stay tuned 👀

The United States became my next bigger tank. Everything here operates at a different scale. I am once again joining established communities and building my own network.

In a new country, community helps you understand the market, see how decisions are made, and build trust.
Over time, you stop looking in from the outside and become part of it.

Before the first shovel hits the ground, there’s one question that can shape the entire build 🏡
Do you think every custom home needs a geotechnical report?
