There won't be an Album Review this week. My final living grandparent passed away last week and I thought that I was handling the loss well but today was the funeral and it hit much harder than I anticipated. I'll be offline the next couple of days, spending time with family and such, but plan on doing the Livestream on Sunday and getting back to reactions on Monday.

Today's first video is blocked so I'll be posting the today's Special Selection at 5pm EST instead. Whenever I can get the block lifted I'll post the other reaction.

The livestream was blocked today so I've uploaded it to Patreon. You don't need an account to view it but you will if you want to leave a comment. Timestamps are listed below the video but the video player doesn't support chapters so you'll have to manually seek to the specific segment.

Videos will be 30 minutes late today. I got locked in with editing a video that's a little different than the usual stuff and lost track of time.

Tomorrow's Album Review is being postponed. This does mean that I'm now 2 Album Reviews behind schedule (as I postponed one in July as well) so I'm going to try an experiment.
During the week of Sept 7 we'll have 3 Album Reviews (Mon, Wed, Fri) instead of the usual themed reactions. I'll try to also do a couple of Special Selections (maybe Tues/Thurs) but that will largely depend on how the week goes.

I'm changing the schedule just a little bit and removing the Album Review from Saturday. I'm still both mentally and physically unpacking from being out of town and don't think I'd do the album justice in my discussion. To make up for it we'll have a double album reaction on the 15th.

I'll be out of town next week so there won't be any videos from the 26th to the 31st. I'll be back on Aug 1st with an Album Review and we'll resume Livestreams on Aug 2nd. As always you can find the full schedule on the first page of the Critical Reactions Spreadsheet. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1j_tVAV075xhqF3qsRa…

I legit thought today was Saturday and dropped the Album Review a day early. 😅 It's a great prog album so enjoy that video over the course of the whole weekend. Tomorrow I'll release the final Train theme reaction as well as this week's Pride reaction.

It's June 1st which means Pride Month has officially begun. As usual I'd like to highlight some LGBTQ+ artists this month so please drop some song requests in the comments section of this post. Throughout the month I'll be randomly selecting tracks from this pool of music to react to.
