Are houses cheaper in Ghana’s Volta Region? Do they have quiet residential areas in this region?
In yesterday’s video, I showcased a 4 bedroom house in a part of Ho called Dave. It features an outhouse and 5 bathrooms. It’s a beautiful home with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, giving the space a bright, airy feel. You also get some amazing views of the Adaklu mountain from here. Despite the many challenges that come with relocating to Ghana from the diaspora, many people see it as an amazing alternative to living in the west.
