Additional District Judge and others (Family Case No. 71801/19, 2026 LHC 6545), a division bench of Justices Malik Waqar Haider Awan and Malik Javid Iqbal Wains held — decided 16 September 2026, announced 7 October 2026 — that a pension account can be attached to enforce a final child-maintenance decree. A minor child is not a "creditor", so the Pensions Act's protection does not apply.
