Happy International Day of Peace! Amidst the unjust, war & pain ~ peace within is possible. Make the profound choice to be Happy & be peaceful. We believe in the way of the peaceful warrior. We have to BE the change we wish to see. Our family created these flags to bring awareness & create decor to Celebrate & highlight this lesser known holiday. What's Up Everybody?! Happy Sunday ~ and in as we call it in our house, Sunday Plunge Day!
Amidst the stress and challenges life tends to bring, we keep repeating the practices that keep our bodies and minds regulated. Breathwork and Cold plunges!
Wim Hof Method is our favorite. We've utilized the benefits of staying consistent and find our inner beast mode.
Thanks, Wim, for the app. and for your dedication!@wimhof1

What's Up Everybody?! Happy Sunday!
Let go ~ Go with the flow of your breath. Recently we've experienced some challenges & we have relied on our breathwork and letting go to the healing it does; we have to go with it.
The breath is a gift. Truly receive it.
Peace & Blessings

Happy Sunday ~ What's Up Everybody?!
We post on Sundays because we are small business owners and we are committed to homeschooling our 4 sons. We dreamed of creating a positive content brand but knew it would be a slow, but sure process. We also have a parent, senior citizen, who is disabled that has lived with us for 17 years as well. We put family first!
We picked Sunday as our imagine Excellence day. We would aim to create all week, but Sunday was surely the day for us to create art, videos and philosophy to Keep Going with our dream.
Thank you to those who have connected, subscribed, followed and joined us on the mission of Thinking the Excellent Thought over the years.
You know we share content from our hearts and we share our practice of the Wim Hof Method. Which is by far one of our top practices to regulate our nervous system and handle the stress that comes with human life.
Cheers, everyone!
Peace & Blessings to You

Praise be to the Breath given to us by the Creator ~ Happy Sunday, Friends!
We took this picture of a live orchid flower while on a lovely adventure in Columbia, Md. We admired the beauty, but moved on quickly; it wasn't as close to us as this photo indicates. When we got home and looked at the nature pic's we took and decided to use this for today's poem, we then saw the praying mantis on the leaf!
Wow! The love of God, Creator, Source ~ is constantly surrounding us.
Life is bearing down hard on us right now. Many struggles we'll keep staying positive through. We're grateful to the friends in our lives that cheer us on & send their love.
We wish you the best. We send you Love. Because we know you too are struggling at times and need that love sent.
Peace & Blessings,
Omar, Meg, Freedom, Elan, Justice and Sage

Happy Summer, Friends! This photo was taken in 2023 in one of our favorite places to be ~North Side Park in Ocean City, Md. Shot out to the locals!
Omar is a natural poet. He enjoyed writing in his school days; mostly poetry. He started playing piano at 11 and began writing songs. Poetry easily made it's way into his music. Another thing about Omar you may not know is that he is a spiritual man, with an intention to know what we call God. Through meditation, the Wim Hof Method and TaeKwonDo, he finds joy and the practical tools to go to the Divine. Todays poem reflects his meditation experience.
We encourage you to set aside time to connect to your Creator.
Go within. Reconnect to Yourself.
Cheers to you and your sovereignty. Peace!
