Women of Qur'an Now

Welcome to Women of Qur'an Now
We help Muslim women understand the Qur'an while understanding themselves better.

Here you'll find Qur'an reflections (tadabbur), mindset and relationship coaching from an Islamic perspective, and practical reminders to help you overcome the inner barriers that keep you from becoming the woman Allah created you to be.

If you struggle with procrastination, perfectionism, self-doubt, unhealthy habits, or feeling stuck in your relationship with Allah, you're in the right place.

Our mission is to help believing women transform from the inside out so they can live with greater purpose, emotional resilience, and trust in Allah.
We are happy that you are here. Alhamdulillah.

Women of Qur'an Now

We want to be good wives, good mothers, keep our homes in order, fulfill our responsibilities, and do it all well.

But have we stopped to ask ourselves what Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala actually requires of us and what expectations we’ve placed on ourselves?

When we don’t distinguish between the two, we can end up giving our energy to things that aren’t necessary while struggling to fulfill the rights that truly matter.

Our bodies have rights. Our spouses have rights. And our Lord has rights over us.

The goal isn’t to do everything. It’s to give each their due.

💚 Reflection: What expectations have you placed on yourself that may be taking away from what actually deserves your time and energy?

This is the kind of work we do inside Blessed Relationships, my six-month group coaching program for Muslim women who want to build healthier relationships centered on pleasing Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala.

Waitlist registration opens November 7, with exclusive benefits for those on the list.

Stop Before Empty!

We’re in week 3 of the Enough for Today Challenge inside the Membership Club.

Weeks 1 and 2 were about catching the overreach — noticing when you kept going past “enough” simply because you were still capable, not because it was required.

Now we’re practicing something harder: stopping before empty. Not waiting until you’re completely depleted to recognize you’ve already done enough.

Allah azza wa jal is Al-Khabir, the Acquainted — He knows your capacity better than you do. And He is Al-Hakim, the Wise — what He asks of you is never more than you can carry.

If you’re not in the Membership Club yet and this is something you struggle with, this is exactly the kind of work we do together every month.

What happens when we stop studying the Names of Allah as information and start asking, “What does this Name mean for me?”

Yesterday inside the Membership Club, we explored Al-Khabīr and Al-Ḥakīm and applied these Names to real-life struggles with uncertainty, helplessness, feeling unworthy, unsafe, and the fear of being betrayed.

At the end of the session, one member said:

“I felt like I had my own personal coaching session.”

But we weren’t doing personal coaching.

We were taking the Names of Allah Subhaanahu wa ta’alaa and applying them to our lives.

That is what we do every month inside the Membership Club.

Qur’an • Names of Allah • Reflection • Real life

If you want to go beyond simply learning the Names of Allah SWT and explore how they can transform the way you see yourself, your circumstances, and your relationship with Allah azza wa jal, you’re welcome to join us.💚

Allah azza wa jal tells us hearts find rest in His remembrance (Ar-Ra’d, 13:28). Yet many of us keep searching for that rest in people instead, wanting closeness, then suddenly needing distance from it.

We call this a fearful avoidant pattern. It’s not a flaw. It’s a pattern you can learn to recognize, and respond to differently.

If you’ve resonated with our “unworthy, not good enough” series, this may be worth exploring further. We created a free assessment to help you recognize the pattern. Link below.
