The best sales team of 2011 had a secret.

As a sales team leader in Germany, I discovered that the biggest sales breakthrough was not a better script. It was meditation.

When my team learned to regulate fear, stay calm, and manage their emotions, they made more calls, booked more appointments, and became the Best Sales Team of 2011.

Your sales performance is a reflection of your energy.

4 life-changing lessons from a Shaolin monk.

At Mindvalley University, one conversation with Shi Heng Yi stayed with me long after it ended.

His words weren't about achieving more or becoming more successful. They were about seeing life differently.

- Let go of the illusion of "I" and remember we're part of something greater.
- Treat everyone as your brother and sister, and connection replaces competition.
- Don't chase your vision. Become the person your vision can flow through.
- Trust life. Be present, take aligned action, and let go of the need to force every outcome.

Sometimes, the biggest transformation doesn't come from learning something new. It comes from remembering what has always been true.

Which of these four lessons speaks to you the most? I'd love to hear your thoughts below.

People celebrated my move to New York.

What they didn't see were the two years behind it.

The extra jobs. The rejections. The uncertainty. The days of visualizing the dream, taking one small step, then learning to let go.

Success rarely happens overnight. It's built in the quiet moments when nobody is watching.

If you're in your own "two years" right now, don't stop.

Keep the vision clear. Take the next step. Trust the timing.

What's one dream you're quietly building today?

Why do so many people leave Bali feeling like a different person?

Maybe the real magic of Bali isn't the island itself.

It's the way it gently slows you down, brings the right people into your life, and reminds you who you truly are.

That's why I call her Mama Bali.

Every time I return, I leave a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more connected to myself.

Thank you, Mama Bali, for every lesson, every beautiful soul, and every moment that became part of my journey.

Have you ever felt Bali change something within you?

She finally trusted herself.

When I first met Cveti, she wasn't sure if she should leave her career and follow her passion for art.

Today, her work has been featured by The Korea Herald.

Watching former clients grow into the life they once only dreamed of is one of the greatest gifts of my work.

Congratulations, Cveti.

What dream are you still waiting for permission to pursue?

Calm is easier to find when you don't seek it alone.

There is something powerful about meditating together.

When we share stillness, we support one another in ways we often don't realize.

Sometimes, the group carries us when we cannot settle on our own.

Have you ever felt stuck and unfulfilled, even when everything in your life seems fine?

For years, I thought I was following my own path. I left Myanmar, built a successful career, won awards, and achieved the goals I had set for myself.

But one day, I realized something.

I wasn't chasing my own dreams.

I was unconsciously trying to make my parents proud and prove that I was worthy of their love.

No achievement could fill that emptiness because I was living someone else's expectations, not my own truth.

Healing begins when we stop proving our worth and start living authentically.

What are you still trying to prove to your parents... without even realizing it?

We cannot fully live our light until we free ourselves from our shadow…

I grew up in Myanmar, where speaking your truth could cost you your freedom, or even your life.

Although I left over 22 years ago, that fear stayed in my subconscious.
For 12 years, I created meditation programs that could help others, yet I kept myself small.

Not because I doubted my work.
Because I was still carrying fear.

Through breathwork, meditation, and shadow work, I slowly let it go.

Today, I choose to live my light while embracing my shadow with love.
Our shadow doesn't disappear.
It simply loses its power when we stop running from it.

What shadow is holding you back?

Feeling stuck?

It usually comes down to two things:

1. You don't know where you're going.
2. You're not living your truth.

Take 10 minutes today and ask yourself:

- What does my ideal life look like?
- Why do I really feel stuck?
- What's one small step I can take today?

Clarity comes from action, not overthinking.

What's your next step?

Working harder doesn't always make us progress.

Sometimes all we need is a break.

- A walk without distractions.
- Enjoying the mountain scenery.
- Listening to the sound of the waves.

Often, tranquility provides answers that can't be found in busyness.

When the mind is clear, new ideas come.
Energy is restored.
The next step becomes clearer.

Not all progress comes from working harder.

Sometimes, the next level awaits outside the routine.

When was the last time you enjoyed nature and truly rested?
