Welcome to Dark Cinema — where the body count is always rising.
I make Kill Count videos covering horror, action, and war films, counting every on-screen kill and breaking down the most intense, brutal, and unforgettable moments along the way. If it’s violent, shocking, or pushes the limits, I’m here to tally it—one kill at a time.

Expect:
😈 Kill Counts (Horror • Action • War)
🔪 Every Death explained (how, when, and why it counts)
💥 Explosions, shootouts, creature features, slashers, and depraved cinema

From Bone Tomahawk to Extraction, from war-zone carnage to pure nightmare fuel like Terrifier, I track the kills, summarize the chaos, and keep the tally honest—on-screen deaths, confirmed victims, and the most jaw-dropping scenes.

Subscribe for regular Kill Count videos and the grim stats you didn’t know you needed.

🏕️ WOULD YOU WATCH A CRYSTAL LAKE KILL COUNT?

I’m thinking about covering the Crystal Lake mini-series next — full episode-by-episode body count, major deaths, and all the chaos around Camp Crystal Lake.

Would you actually watch a Crystal Lake Kill Count?

If yes, let me know in the comments — and tell me if you’d prefer one full-season video or separate Kill Counts for each episode.

🦄 BUDDY (2026) KILL COUNT IS FINALLY OUT!

The wait is over — the full Buddy (2026) Kill Count is now live for everyone.

This one is weird, colorful, creepy, and completely unhinged in exactly the way I hoped it would be. If you like horror that looks harmless on the surface and gets darker the longer it goes, this is absolutely worth checking out.

Go watch it now, and let me know what you thought of Buddy — especially the ending.

🚨 WHICH FRANCHISE SHOULD WE TOURNAMENT FIRST? 🚨
If we launch the new Kill Bracket Format, I want you all to pick the very first horror universe we step into. We are taking 16 of the absolute best kills from the series and pitting them head-to-head until only one remains.

🚨 QUICK CHANNEL QUESTION FOR YOU ALL! 🚨

I am thinking about testing out a brand new video format alongside my regular videos, but I want to know what you think first.

The idea: A 16-Kill Tournament Bracket.

I would take 16 of the absolute best kills from a horror franchise or movie and pit them against each other 2-by-2, narrowing them down round-by-round until we crown the single greatest kill.

Behind the scenes of running a Kill Count channel! 🎬👇

A lot of you frequently ask why I have to censor certain clips or blur out the heaviest gore. I wanted to pull back the curtain and explain exactly what happens when a video gets hit with a "Restricted under 18" (Age-Restriction) flag by YouTube:

• The Algorithm Death Sentence: When a video is age-restricted, YouTube instantly stops recommending it. It gets completely cut off from the Browse Features and Suggested Videos algorithms. It effectively kills the video's reach to new audiences.

• Total Demonetization: Age-restricted videos are stripped of almost all ads. The hours spent editing and putting the video together yield zero return, making it impossible to sustainably keep making content for you guys.

• Hidden from Subscribers: If you have Restricted Mode turned on (or if you are a subscriber under 18), the video won't even show up on your subscription feed or home page.

Why the censorship matters:

When I blur a brutal injury or cut away from an extreme scene, it isn't because I want to ruin the movie's vibe. I do it as a protective shield. Censoring allows the video to remain Green-Lit (Monetized/18+), which keeps the algorithm actively pushing the video out to the world so our community can keep growing.

Thank you all for understanding and dealing with the blurs so we can keep this channel alive! 🤘🔥

🍦 I was NOT prepared for The Ice Cream Man.

I’m currently working through the Kill Count, and I genuinely cannot believe how far this movie goes.

I expected gore.

I did not expect Terrifier-level gore.

Some of the kills are absolutely ridiculous — the kind where you think the scene has already gone far enough… and then the movie somehow finds another gear. There have already been several moments where I’ve just stopped editing and thought:

“How am I supposed to put THIS on YouTube?”

And yes, the irony of all this happening in a movie about an ice cream man makes it considerably worse. 🍦💀

If you enjoy movies like Terrifier, practical effects, outrageous kills and filmmakers who clearly asked “but can we make it nastier?”…

You’re going to want to see this Kill Count.

Who else has actually watched The Ice Cream Man? And without spoilers — what did you think of the gore?
