Paycheck To Portfolio

Welcome to Paycheck to Portfolio – where I show you how to turn your W-2 income into real, sustainable cash flow through high-yield dividends, strategic margin use, and FIRE investing that actually works.

I don’t talk theory—I live it.
I invest my entire paycheck into dividend-generating assets, live directly out of my brokerage account, and use proven strategies like DRIP at NAV, margin arbitrage, and covered calls to accelerate financial independence.

Whether you’re looking to escape your 9-to-5 or just want your money working harder, this channel gives you the blueprint.

Paycheck To Portfolio

QUIZ TIME: Let’s put some actual numbers behind the payment in lieu argument.

Assume you receive $100 of portfolio cash during the year:
$50 = Return of Capital
$30 = Nonqualified ordinary dividend
$20 = Payment in lieu from securities that were actually lent

For this simplified example, assume the ROC does not exceed your cost basis, so it reduces basis rather than creating current taxable income.
Assume the ordinary dividend and payment in lieu are both taxed at a 24% federal marginal rate.

How much CURRENT federal income tax would this $100 create in this simplified example?

Paycheck To Portfolio

New video is LIVE. This one gets back to the foundation of Paycheck to Portfolio: I don’t wait to invest whatever happens to be left over after life gets paid. I build the assets first, then manage life from the structure I’ve created. That shift in order changes everything. We’re talking cash flow, equity, and why the system is bigger than any single fund or dividend. If you want to understand how I actually think about building financial freedom, start here: https://youtu.be/ZQ-FAHxN2sU?si=9EGKN...

Paycheck To Portfolio

🚨 NEXT VIDEO DROPS SATURDAY, 8/29 AT 1 PM CST! 🚨

I’ve received a lot of questions about the Paycheck to Portfolio system, so this Saturday I’m going to break it down and answer your questions. I’ll cover how I invest my paycheck first, allocate the capital across my three buckets, combine equity growth with cash flow, manage margin and my cost of capital, and operate my portfolio like a real business. The real power of P2P is putting capital to work that would have otherwise been fully consumed!

What would you like me to cover? Vote below, then drop your specific questions in the comments! I’ll answer as many as possible in Saturday’s video using real numbers and examples from my own portfolio.

Paycheck To Portfolio

🚨 NEXT VIDEO DROPS SATURDAY, 8/15 AT 1 PM CST! 🚨

Over the last year, both my gross and net portfolio values have officially doubled. It came from investing my entire paycheck first, combining equity growth with cash flow, and treating my portfolio like a business instead of treating every dollar as something to consume. That’s the power of compounding in motion!
