ロベルト・シューマンとの結婚を反対され、深い試練の中にあったクララ。彼ら二人は毎朝揃って、真剣にJ.S.バッハの音楽を研究していました。そして、あのショパンでさえも、自身のコンサートの前には必ずバッハを弾いてから本番に臨んだと言われています。

「人生で大切なことは二つだけ。一つは、バッハを愛し、毎日学ぶこと。そして二つ目は、自分自身が何者であるかを知ること」

私が幼い頃、ヴィオラの恩師が教えてくれたこの言葉の真意を、私の大切な思い出の地・オランダでのエピソードや、1825年製フォルテピアノの温かい響きと共にお届けしてまいります。

🎹 [Announcement] New Series "Megumi's Sound Diary" Starts Tomorrow!

Did you enjoy our profound spiritual journey through Schumann's Kinderszenen?
Finally, tomorrow, Friday, August 21st, a brand new video series will begin!

The new series is titled [Megumi's Sound Diary: 2026 Netherlands Edition - Bach & Clara Schumann].

During the difficult times when their marriage was opposed, Clara and Robert Schumann studied the music of J.S. Bach very seriously together every single morning. Furthermore, it is said that even Frederic Chopin always played Bach before stepping onto the stage for his own concerts.

"There are only two important things in life: Love and study Bach every day, and know who you are."

In this new series, I will explore the true meaning of these words—taught to me by my childhood viola teacher—along with my sweet memories of the Netherlands and the warm resonance of the 1825 Johann Krämer fortepiano.

2026年5月24日（日）の午後、ハイス・ヴィルデロム（Gijs Wilderom）のアトリエにて、「真実の愛、クララとロベルト・シューマンの対話（Die Wahre Liebe, Ein Dialog zwischen Clara und Robert Schumann）」をテーマにした特別なコンサートが開催されます。ピアニストの丹野めぐみが、修復されたばかりのウィーンのカール・シュタイン製フォルテピアノ（約1835年製）を用いて、その初お披露目となる演奏を行ないます。

リサイタルでは、ヨハン・セバスティアン・バッハ、クララ・シューマン、ロベルト・シューマンの作品が披露されます。

プログラムは1722年のJ.S.バッハ作『前奏曲とフーガ BWV 866・867』で幕を開け、続いて1839年のロベルト・シューマン作『ウィーンの謝肉祭の道化 作品26』が演奏されます。その後、1845年のクララ・シューマン作『前奏曲とフーガ 作品16-2』が奏でられ、コンサートの最後は1838年のロベルト・シューマンの愛すべき名曲『子供の情景 作品15』で締めくくられます。

コンサート終了後は、皆様で一緒にお飲み物を楽しむ時間が設けられています。任意の寄付（お心付け）を歓迎いたします。ご来場予定の方は、WhatsAppまたはメールにて事前にご参加をお知らせいただくようお願い申し上げます。

【A Musical Afternoon on a Historical Fortepiano】
Atelier Concert featuring Clara and Robert Schumann

On Sunday afternoon, May 24, 2026, a special concert will take place at the atelier of Gijs Wilderom, centered around the theme Die Wahre Liebe, Ein Dialog zwischen Clara und Robert Schumann (True Love, A Dialogue between Clara and Robert Schumann).
Pianist Megumi Tanno will give the inaugural concert on the newly restored fortepiano by Carl Stein from Vienna, built circa 1835.

During the recital, she will perform works by Johann Sebastian Bach, Clara Schumann, and Robert Schumann.
The program begins with the Prelude and Fugue BWV 866 and 867 by J.S. Bach from 1722, followed by Robert Schumann's Faschingsschwank aus Wien Op. 26 from 1839.
Next will be Clara Schumann's Prelude and Fugue Op. 16, No. 2 from 1845, and the concert will conclude with Robert Schumann's beloved Kinderszenen Op. 15 from 1838.

After the concert, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a drink together. A voluntary contribution is appreciated. Visitors are asked to confirm their attendance via WhatsApp or email.

The concert will take place on Sunday afternoon, May 24, 2026, at Komlaan 10 in Bergen. Doors open at 2:30 PM, and the concert begins at 3:00 PM. Registration is available via email at wilderomgijs@gmail.com or by phone at 06-34402706.

本日、日本時間の夜21時より、オランダのラジオ局「Concertzender」の番組『Concertzender Live』にて、丹野めぐみとミヒャエル・ツァルカ博士の演奏が特集放送されます！
インターネットを通じて、日本からでも世界中どこからでも無料でお聴きいただけます。

今回の放送は、私たちの「10年間の軌跡」を辿るような、大変豪華な2部構成となっています。

前半：熱狂のデュオ（2016年オランダ公演より）

1800年製および1865年製の貴重なオリジナル・フォルテピアノを使用し、ハイドンの『十字架上のキリストの最後の7つの言葉』を厳かにお届けします。

This special program beautifully traces a 10-year musical journey, divided into two captivating parts:

Part 1: The Dynamic Duo (Live in Alkmaar, 2016)
The first half takes us back to a brilliant four-hand and solo piano concert held at "De Terp" in Alkmaar. You will hear our passionate synergy through masterpieces like Schubert’s Fantasy in F minor (which we are also currently exploring on our YouTube channel!), works by Clara and Robert Schumann, and an exciting four-hand arrangement of Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.

Part 2: Prayers on the Fortepiano (Live in Egmond aan den Hoef, 2025)
The second half features a serene solo performance recorded just last year at the historic Castle Chapel in Egmond aan den Hoef. It features profound selections from Joseph Haydn’s The Seven Last Words of Christ, performed on magnificent historical fortepianos (an 1865 Collard & Collard and an 1800 Michael Weiss), beautifully restored by Johan Jonker and Gijs Wilderom.
