So guys, I have been writing poems and quotes for the last 3 Years. I have finally downloaded them all on pdf file and hopefully publishing very soon. A lot of the post I share regarding daily messages are coming from my personal stash🥰I am working w/ codec online and trying to put together an app to put them all on display. FREE of charge in App Store. I feel like everybody needs positivity and to know they’re not alone facing situations, which is why I’m doing it for free of charge. Just like YouTube. we live in a dark place full of darkness and every now and then it would be nice to have the veil lifted and some white light enter our sphere. One positive word can make a difference in one’s life. I survived on poems and poetry, growing up. love and light.

Why does your silence haunt a narcissist more than exposing them ever could?

Because exposure gives them something to fight against, but silence gives them absolutely nothing.

They can deny the truth, twist the story, play the victim, and manipulate others into believing their lies.

But your silence? They cannot control it.

When you stop reacting, stop defending yourself, and stop giving them access to your emotions, you take away the very thing they crave, your attention.

They no longer know what you're thinking, what you know, or what your next move will be.

And that uncertainty can bother them more than any confrontation ever could.

Remember, you don't have to expose someone who is already revealing themselves through their own behavior.

Sometimes your silence is the loudest truth they will ever hear.
