I hope you find yourself in real connection, surrounded by people you love, who lift you up and bring you joy. In the midst of a lightning-fast and often frustrating world, I hope this week brings you a reprieve to that which burdens. 🙏 💛

The third single from my new album is out today. It’s called “Ebb & Flow” and it’s about trusting the process. “Roll with the punches, dance in the rain, you’ll write up the way you overcame, just wait it out and life will come around” I wrote this song to be an optimistic voice when struggling to get outside of my head and cope through the season. It’s a song to gain perspective, as much of my music tends to be. The bridge lyrics are, “Keep squeezing’ lemonade from life, keep rising on beyond the strife, the night will break to light, just ride the wave, we’ll be alright”
Wherever you are today, keep pressing on. There is a light at the end of this, but even through the middle of it, in Christ we have access to a divine peace, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” - John 14:27. This is the peace I have found and experienced in my own journey. At the end of the day, nothing has left me with a peace as deep as that which comes from Jesus. Find space to breath and connect this weekend.
