YOU CAN BE ASKING FOR MORE WHILE WASTING WHAT GOD ALREADY PUT IN YOU.
You were not born just to exist, make money, raise a family and leave the earth. There is an assignment connected to your life. Your gifts, your burdens, your experiences and even the things that stir your heart may be clues pointing towards what God created you to do. Purpose must be discovered before it can be fulfilled.
And when purpose becomes clear, another question arises: Can you carry the weight of what you are praying for? Increase follows preparation. Greater responsibility requires greater capacity. God can enlarge your territory, but you must grow in wisdom, discipline and understanding so that what enters your hands does not become what destroys you.
Then there is something many people overlook.
People.
Some of the answers you have been praying for may come through someone God has already placed around you. People carry wisdom, experience, correction, encouragement, access and opportunities. Some relationships can save you years of mistakes. Others can open doors your effort alone could not open. You must learn to recognise what people carry.
So ask yourself:
Do I know why I am here?
Am I developing the capacity for what I desire?
Do I recognise the people God has connected to my journey?
A person without purpose can spend energy in the wrong direction.
A person without capacity can receive increase and still lose it.
A person without relational wisdom can meet the right people and still miss what they carry.
The Kingdom operates by principles. Understanding those principles helps you stop fighting processes you should be learning from. Progress is not accidental. What you understand and apply can change the quality of your results.
Your next season will require more than prayer.
It will require understanding.
Know your assignment. Build your capacity. Discern your relationships.
Don't wait for another year to discover what you could have learned today.

It’s easy to trust God when things are going your way. However, when things aren’t going your way, it is easy to get discouraged. Are you mature enough to accept God’s answers, even when they’re not what you were hoping for? Faith is trusting God when life doesn’t make sense.
There are prayers you will pray and answers you will receive that you did not expect. Sometimes God says yes, sometimes He says wait, and sometimes He closes a door you desperately wanted open.
Spiritual maturity is learning to trust God's wisdom above your own desires. You may not understand why He allowed something to happen, but you can be confident that He sees what you cannot see.
Proverbs 3:5 says, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding." Trust begins where your understanding ends.
Look at Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane. He prayed, "Not my will, but thine, be done" (Luke 22:42). He surrendered His desire to the Father's will, even when the path ahead involved great pain.
Sometimes, what you call a disappointment is God's protection. What you call delay may be preparation. What you call a closed door may be divine direction. God does not owe us an explanation before we obey Him.
Romans 8:28 reminds us, "All things work together for good to them that love God." You may not see the good in it today, but keep trusting the One who sees the whole picture.
Do not let an unanswered prayer destroy your confidence in God. Keep walking with Him. Keep believing. Mature faith says, "Lord, even when I do not understand, I still trust You." That is the faith that will carry you through every season.

WHY ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH WHAT GOD HAS ALREADY SPOKEN?
There is a dimension of faith that knows when to stop struggling and start resting in God.
Rest does not mean doing nothing. It means trusting God enough to obey Him without being consumed by fear, anxiety or the pressure to make everything happen by yourself.
Apostle Michael Orokpo teaches on the connection between faith and rest, and why some believers remain restless even after receiving a word from God.
The Bible says, “We which have believed do enter into rest.” Hebrews 4:3.
