SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2026 SUBATHON
I've made a tentative list of games for a Donothon. Spread 50 bucks apart to have a little leeway of time between games and recording them.

Donators that donate $10 from here on will be put on the roster for the Darkest Dungeon playthrough i want to either stream or record, still as of yet decided on which I'll do that
I will be refreshing the end of game credits list of the Kofi contributors as well, as that's become a bit of a mess.
Longer games are further down the list because they are, in fact, long.
I will be editing this post to represent what goals have been made.

I wanna make a list of games I wanna play and what people wanna see me play in a sort of Donation-a-thon style like I did some years ago. I realize I'm asking a lot of folks for help rather frequently with little in the way of something to make it worth it, save for what I've been doing for so long. So I'm gonna compile a list of games that I'll play in order of them being unlocked. No real time limit to it, but until I can actually get my first paycheck (Which might just be well into October), the more secure I'll feel for this coming month.
I'm just filled with anxiety about making rent this month and am mostly spitballing ideas. So if you've a game you'd be interested in seeing on the list of what I'll play, comment one below. I'll either see what I can do or consider it.
EDIT: To be clear, this would only be a donothon to make sure I can pay next month's rent and bills and to make sure I can get to work for a week or two. I'm coming out of September with MAYBE 5 bucks to my name, and with how jobs like to take 2 weeks between paychecks where I live, I've no clue if I'll make October's rent/bills.

TL;DR: New job start date pushed back ANOTHER 2 and a half weeks, so while I'm still looking for work, I could also use the help for rent and bills. The Usual "Make Darius Play A Game" stuff also applies.

And now on to the long version.
SO! I was supposed to start a new job of a new restaurant location opening up, and I would officially start on the 14th of September. I interviewed for them mid-August. Didn't like the idea of the commute, but it's currently a "Take What You Can Get" market when it comes to jobs. They then updated and said "logistics happened, and we're pushing back opening to the 21st of September" Okay that... sucks but I can manage. If I find something that starts sooner, I'll just take that and this job would be the backup.
Get another message a day ago. "We have to push back opening the location to the 10th of October." Another two and a half weeks. I'm still job hunting but this is killing me. I've had jobs say I'm hired, then never contact me about the start, can't say I've had one drag out "Oh, you totally have a job!" for nearly 2 months.
I'm still job searching for anything that'll start sooner, but in the mean time, I'm changed the goal I have on m Ko-Fi around. Instead of having a little birthday fun by getting myself a Vtuber model, I've changed it so the whole amount will be going to bills and rent. I hate e-begging, as it makes me feel somewhat useless. But once this job starts or once I get SOMETHING employment wise, and then y'all can Make Darius Play A Game cause you want me to play something and not cause I need the help.

Was planning to stream some today, but temps have reached 104F and the AC, it does NOTHING in my room. Either planning to wait till it cools down (Maybe 3-4 hours from now?) or do it later tomorrow after Pathfinder around this time.
Things that make me miss Northern Vermont: 100F+ degree weather.

Update: I'm back to using StreamElements for stream stuff and set all that tip/subscription stuff back up. I've been trying on and off for several days to try various other streamer bots and redeem services but most of them require additional learning of coding and I do not have the brain wrinkles to learn coding, no matter how flippin' simple. Currently only added to the most recent Digimon playthrough, so if you wanna support me you can go to the link I put in the comments here too.

September 2nd marks my birthday Woooooooooo.
I don't know if I'm doing anything for it recording/stream wise, as my roommates like to plan sudden things and not tell me about them until the day of. If nothing occurs, I may jump on Palworld and see about beating the last of the leaders. It'll be relatively late if I do.

Making an executive decision to re-record the 3DS version of Re:Digitize instead of the PSP port, but I'm also aware now that training may not be everyone's favorite thing to watch. And it got me thinking: What do you all prefer? I'm at the least going to show the first stint of training the Digimon and maybe the first stint of training after an egg hatch, but after that, shall I record the whole digimon adventure, or shall I cut out the montages of training?
Will probably keep this poll in consideration till tomorrow (8/14)

Unless Some one else has a "Make Darius Play A Game" thing for after Sacred and UnEpic, those two games are already done recording and I am already planning on what to play after the fact.
After Sacred, I'm still KINDA in a Sacred mood, so I will likely move on to the sequel, Sacred 2, which I am far more nostalgic for, cause I first owned it for the Xbox 360. Currently torn between playing the Xbox 360 version on my Xbox One or just playing the PC port. Leaning towards Xbox cause it'll feel like a more casual playing experience than staring at and being at my keyboard.
After UnEpic (Which, unholy Nine Hells, what even is that ending...?) I'm gonna likely pivot to Digimon Re: Digitize for the PSP cause I've been having that itch. I know some Digimon fans will already say "What about the 3DS re-release? Isn't that a better game??" In theory, yes, but my computer runs it at 20 frames a second and I'm never 100% sure about streaming from my 3DS to my PC. I'll need to do more poking at streaming it off the 3DS, but I'm probably going to stick to the PSP version for ease of recording, as well. Multiple screens to record always feels a bit like butts to try and record anyways.
Anyways, that's bout it. Drova is going to go on for a while still after the other two are done, but other than that, that's the plan.

UPDATE EDIT: ALL YA'LL'S SUPPORT HAS BEEN INSANE THANK YOU ;_; The Kofi goal has been met, though if you still want to contribute, add cushion for next month (cause capitalism is failing), it's greatly appreciated. And still has the Make Darius Play Video Games attached to it as always.

I feel terrible for even asking for more help, especially seeing as it's been less than half a year since the last time, and especially since I've put out that rather empty post last week, but I could really use the help again. I'm not going to be able to pay all my bills, glasses are breaking, and of course, my bike is still out of commission. My luck has been running on empty for I don't even know how long at this point, cause job interviews have shot me down ON THE WAY TO THE INTERVIEW and under the table jobs stopped calling me back after the first week of work.
So while it's always really been open, I've put a goal up on my Ko-Fi (Though you can also donate directly through paypal, which takes no fees out at all) for bills and a little cushioning for next month. And of course, you can do the whole "Make Darius Play Video Games" thing.

Back in April, I was starting a Sacred Gold playthrough. After some 12 videos edited/rendered/Uploaded, I spotted a game I quite wanted to play in Dragon Ruins. That led to me playing Dragon Ruins II and I kinda lost track of playing Sacred. WELL instead of playing another game, I'll pivot back to Sacred Gold after Bo: Path of the Teal Lotus. Could I also do this with the uploaded UnEpic stuff I have? Sure can! Might do that after Diablo, honestly.
