One of the first properties that came up matched absolutely everything I was looking for.

- The cost of a dry hole is $28,000. The actual finished cost of the well is $40,000.
- I placed the well using a hydrological siting service, Primary Water Technologies. I don't understand how people watched Mark's scorecard and concluded that I sited the well based on dowsing.
