Kind of a sappy post, but I wanted to say this for the record. So, a couple of days ago was my 30th birthday and I had done some reflecting. Because, honestly I felt like I had wasted a lot of my time so far not doing what I love.
Nightmare Movies started on Tiktok 6 years ago as a way for me to talk about horror movies and pass the time. I enjoyed doing it but it wasn’t something that could sustain me financially so I abandoned it after being less and less consistent with videos. After about a year of consistently doing kinda nothing with my life, I decided to take the risk and pursue my dreams. I always loved horror movies, well really all movies, and that’s what I wanted to do.
I moved to LA when I was 25 wanting to make movies. And for 3 years I worked with some amazing people and learned skills that I am so grateful for. But in that time, I forgot about the channel I made. It was an infrequent thing, but I always enjoyed talking about films and making my own projects so I picked it back up. And now here we are.
I want all of you to know that you are the reason why I don’t feel anymore like I wasted years of my life. You all gave me a living with this channel. I get to talk about obscure, weird movies for your entertainment and I love it. I look forward to reading what you all say on Fridays. I love that you come to discuss with each other and inform me a lot of the time about movies. Not only that, you guys have also given me the courage and ability to make my own film. We made it on a low budget sure, but it’s something I was only dreaming about doing 6 years ago. It’s something that I made entirely from yalls support. It’s something I’m very proud of. And it’s something I can’t wait to share with you all in November. And hopefully it is the first of many.
I say this in just about every post, but I hope this helps put things into perspective. I am eternally thankful for all of you.
tl;dr - I’m getting older, but I love yall. You made my dreams come true.
And don’t worry, we got a Don tax in there for yall too.

It’s one I’ve only recently discovered as I try and expand my own knowledge. It was very eye opening and had an incredible story that I’m excited to share with yall!
First, and most importantly, we got our AC fixed! And lil (or very big depending on what you mean) man is very happy about that. That being said, there might be another problem and we called maintenance about it. Will have more updates soon but I should have another vid up next week!
Second, getting the schedule figured out for shooting to get Nightly Nightmares up and running! Can’t wait to share this with yall!
And Third, thank you all for enjoying the content and always leaving such kind comments. I’m always digging deep for the most obscure and interesting films for yall. And I love to see yall having your own discussions about them in the comments!
