Hey everyone! subscribe to my 2nd YT channel~ ‪@payal-_-aura479‬​​

Finally in my comeback era! I’ll be posting there from now on and slowly leaving this account.

The past few months were really hard. I struggled with anxiety, heart racing and constant fight-or-flight mode. I even had to visit the hospital around 20 days ago for ECG, echo and blood tests twice because the first one got messed up 😭 I already have low blood too.

It’s been 15 days on my medicines and only a few more days left. I’ve started meditation and yoga too and I’m finally feeling more like myself. Not fully healed yet, but getting there 🫶🏻

Still dealing with some dizziness and vertigo, but hopefully I’ll be better soon. Touchwood 🤞🏻

The later the comeback, the greater you become. 🖤
